Mobilis offers three types of coaching: Individual, Team, Organisation coaching.

Individual coaching 

Individual coaching is ideal for a question or problem related to the personal workplace, job or career. The guidance is always focused on the personal and professional development to improve the performance in relation to the organisation or professional goals.  

An individual coach helps to have someone understand its values, interests, knowledge and skills. In the form of career coaching the coach connects - together with the person - the professional opportunities in existing or future position / job. 

Coaching can also be used for mediation / conflict resolution, where the coach acts as a mediator between two people or parties, by bringing them together into conversation in a structured way to reach agreement or a solution.

Team Coaching 

A team works on trust. Together you will develop over time patterns, ways of working and communicating which may or may not be effective. When interactions in a team are not effective  coaching can be a good tool to open up dialog and achieve improvement. 

A team coach helps teams to get into conversation with each other in a constructive way. A team coach helps people to speak and listen to each other and make the team aware of negative interaction patterns by naming them. Attention to issues such as communication, personal effectiveness, leadership and confidence are therefore of great importance to team development.

Organizational Coaching 

Organizational Coaching (OC) can be deffined as an integrated approach that is demand-driven and takes place on the job to work on leadership and organizational development. 

The desire for organizational development can be caused by market conditions, acquisition or divestiture of business units, a strategic change or historically rooted problems. 

OC uses both individual and team coaching but with a clear focus on the whole system. An organization coaching project often comes out of a restructuring and / or the desire to develop different behavior. This change of action and thought must be made with the people present; not by taking on new people.
